Domain Setting in LAN

hi, i have a network of three computers
1. RH 9.0
2. Win 98
3. Win XP,
i have configured samba,both samba server and clients, and they work fine.
i want to setup a domain on my linux computer , so that a user on win 98 or win XP logons, the samba ( work for domain controller) and authenticate their passwards
