DNS+DHCP RedHat

I was wondering if I can install DNS and DHCP on a RedHat server with one NIC; or do I have to use 2 NICS for it to work. I'm trying to connect a windows client to the server and get an IP address dynamically and also be able to resolve names so I can surf the internet. Thanks
