DNS Server Access refused

I had configure DNS Server in RH7.3 but when try to consult the a name the system reports Access refused. Anybody can help me ?
Try and restart the name server by typing /usr/sbin/ndc restart to see if it might work.

Hi, I don't really know if this could be the reason, but DSL and cable mdem identify sometimes the user by the mac address of the ethernet card. (Not every company, but mine does)
If this is the case for you, you need to move your ethernet card to the box you want to connect to the DSL modem.
