Hi, PartitionMagic6 won't start after I use DiskDrake that come with Mandrake 7.2 to partition the drive, and when i run PartitionInfo it said i have Disk Geometry Error. I have a 12GB harddrive and i partition them into two parts. At first, I use Partition Magic 6 to create a 2GB FAT32 logical partition after my C drive and before my D drive. After this, i run Mandrake 7.2, and it uses the DiskDrake to remove the FAT32 partition i just created and make it into 2 linux ext and 1 linux swap. after that i installed mandrake 7.2 smoothly. But after that i returned to windows and i run Partition Magic 6 to see how my harddrives looks like. Partition Magic give me the following popup: " PartitionMagic has found an extended partition on disk 1 that crosses the 1024 cylinder boundary and is not marked as an ExtendedX partition. This condition can casuse data corruption on this disk. After fixing this problem, Partition magic must reboot your system to reinitialize the file system drivers. Would you like PartitionMagic to change the Extended partition to an ExtendedX partition? " After I clicked Yes, it said partition table error was successfully fixed!
