im trying to install ubuntu on my system. i have 2 HDD's one has win98se already installed the other i have just formatted. i download unbuntu desktop 6.06 and burned it to a cd. i created a floppy with smart boot manager 3.7.1 to act as a boot floppy. when i try to boot from cd-rom i get the error "Disk error! 0x01. any ideas why i get this?

Unforunately 32 Mb of RAM is not enough to run Ubuntu. Try DSL (Damn Small Linux). Can you increase the amount of RAM? Ebay is a good source of used memory.
