For the life of me i cannot get my sound drivers to work in RH 7.2. I have on board sound on an MSI kt7266a. the drivers are Direct Sound AC97 Audio. Does anyone have any advice or could anyone point me in the right direction.

i'm using suse linux 8.0 with a k7t266 pro2 which is using the same chip onboard. when i installed the system everything went fine, hardware detection wasn't the problem, even sound was no problem, but when i booted next time sound didn't work at all. restarting alsasound didn't work. i would be thankful for a helpful hint as well.
