dose anyone know where i can find instructions or a how-to guide on making my own minimal linux distro I was thinking 2 floppy or less
I want to do it to learn more about linux and i think it will be fun but i have not been able to find much info so far

I would not focus on making your own minimal distro until you have seen what you consider to be weaknesses and strengths in other minimalist distros. I.e. join mailing lists for some and check out their methodology of cutting things out.
Basically, you have to become somewhat intimate with all the necessary (and unnecessary) packages of Linux. LFS is a good place to start. Beyond that your two-floppy distro for example will take other knowledge which you will indentify by examining existing distros.
A good list can be found at linux.org under distributions.

i did realy want a minimal distro for an emergancy repair disk/s at the moment i use a dos disk and i decided why not replace it with a linux one :)
I also though of just using a pre made one but i figure i will not learn much about linux that way
