how can shared file system be implemented in linux. i need to access an external storage. the server has red hat linux 7.2 and client has win 98. i need to create a directory and files in a shared drive and both server and client should see it. the shared drive is just a part of LAN. with samba, i am able to see the files shared in the server hard drive. i need to extend this. how can i?
