I am trying to figure out the permissions for the upload directory since this user needs to be able to upload the files only but NOT delete.
I tried anonymous FTP which lets anybody upload and not delete but then the files are not readable without me moving them somewhere else first.
The files need to be readable by anyone as soon as they are uploaded.
