Subject: crash burn, its like I am using windows!
Comment:

Every once in a while, a program (like Netscape) will just disapear. It will not generate any errors. It just closes itself.

I have tried re-installing. The same thing happens to every program. This is either:

A. A Debian problem
B. A Timothy problem

Any suggestions?

well I think maybe an upgrade of your xwindows desktop may solve the problem. I don't know much about KDE but Gnome has an automated installer from http://www.ximian.com give it a try maybe that will fix it

Actually, that's what I had
been using :-) I am just
going to install every package
from scratch, by hand. I
will just compile Gnome
myself and download the latest
X before I start.
