I have problem to configure my PCI RTL8019 network card. As I saw, there is no conflict of io addresses or irq but I got always the error message : "invalid parameter parm_irq"

someone can help me ?

Your IRQ's are in conflict. If the card is in the PCI slot next to the AGP card, it will cause problems, move it. If that is not your case, change the settings in BIOS. Moving it anyway usually helps...
