You may be better served asking this question in a Windows forum. This is a Linux forum, and I use Mandriva Linux which does not include Outlook (a Microsoft product). I also do not use IPCOP as a firewall (and have never heard of it). You may want to contact the vendor (of IPCOP) for help setting up email when using it. Sorry I am unable to be of greater help,
