Hi,
I'm trying to configure an ftp server, but can't find any documentation on how to do it.. If you can give me some guidelines, or ideas.. that would be great.
I recommend PureFTP because of stability and security advantages ... go to http://www.pureftpd.org/ and get this stuff. There are installation packages and at least 10 different ways how to install this and set it up. If you are a real newbie and want to get something fast fetch the RPM from there or your distributions CD. Then you only need to change 1 config-file or you can even config this whole thing by commandline without using config files.... I hope that helped. Go to the website now and teach yourself the rest *g*
