I use the same type drivers for my dell laptop... Your using the wrong driver if you have a 2.4.2-2 kernel.. You should be using: hsflinmodem-5.03.27lnxtbeta03042700k2.4.2_2-1rh.i586.rpm uname -m and uname -r to make sure you have the right info... It will be: /dev/ttySHSF0 and you shouldn't have to run HSFCONFIG. Just set it up thru 'network' after the rpm completes.. Jon
