I recently upgraded to Karmic Koala. Upon restarting, I found that the Compiz Rotate Cube feature did not work with the scroll bar on my touchpad. I can rotate just fine with Ctrl+Alt+(Left/Right) so it is possible to do so. I opened up the CompizConfig Settings Manager->Rotate Cube->Bindings and changed Rotate Left to bind to Button4. This does indeed rotate the cube left when I scroll up, but the movement is incredibly sensitive. It takes a much smaller amount of scrolling to move over by one window than it did with Jaunty Jackalope. The scrolling also takes priority over scrolling in windows: I can't scroll up or down in Firefox, as it rotates instead. I'm not sure what settings I had with Jaunty Jackalope, but I would like to get them back. Does anybody know how to do this? Thank you.

Yo, Esteban,
Don't use the "Rotate Cube" bindings to your touchpad. Enable the "Viewport Switcher" and set the "Move Next" to Button 4 and "Move Prev" to Button 5. I'm using a scroll mouse, but these should be the touchpad equivalents, too. You might be able to change speed on the "Behaviour" tab on the "Desktop Cube" settings. They didn't have the same Compiz defaults on Karmic.
Buena Suerte!
