Hi folks,
Slackware 11.0
I'm prepared to build a server with following hardware configuration;
CPU AMD Athlon64 x2(dualcore) AM2 512Kx2 3800/4200 Motherboard ASUS M2N-E Graphic Card ASUS EN7300GS/HTD/256M HD Maxtor 250G 16M cache RAM Corsair PC800 CL5 1Gx2
I'll install Slackware 11.0 as OS. Please advise is there any compatibility problem. TIA

Not slackware specific but my mates who run 64 bit processors have found that some things just aren't available yet (eg flash plugin) but that should all change soon as the CPUs become more widespread.
Saying that it is unlikely that you will want flash on a server! I run slack 9 and 10 on my servers at work and found them to be very reliable and fast.

If you took the 5 seconds to type in google "slackware 64 bit" you would have found the following link, http://wiki.linuxquestions.org/wiki... There is no offical supported version, but someone who uses google a little better than you create support for it in a modified user port. Most AMD processers have backwards compatibility for 32-bit OS' so it would most likely install but just run like crap.
