Change mouse type

I have Red Hat 7.3 and I wanna know if
there is a program that ables to change the
mouse like in the installation. The problem
is that a have a microsoft mouse with a
wheel and the whell doesn't want to respond
as the tirhd button. Yes I have clicked on
"not emulated ..."

Yup, you should already these three:
Xconfigurator
xf86config
mouseconfig
You have to enable chordmiddle.
