CDROM-device not available on RedHat 7.2

I instaled the redhat 7.2 on my notebook presario 1200 compaq and after all the cdrom was not available.

Everything is fine just the cdrom is not available, i tried to mount direct the device not work.

At the notebook setup (F10) it says primary slave for the cdrom and at the redhat hardware info it identify the cdrom at \dev\hdc...

Some one could help me?
