k3b is one of my favourites. Others include xcdroast, gnomebaker, gtoaster...there are lots out there. You can even get Nero4Linux now....

You don't say what distro you are running....Linux 9 could mean anything, redhat, suse, slackware etc. If it is RPMs that you are after I am guessing that you have either Redhat, Mandrake or Suse. The easiest way to install software would be to use either apt-get or yum for Redhat (http://apt.freshrpms.net/), urpmi for Mandrake (http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/) or I think you can do similar with yast for Suse. Once set up all you would have to do is something like: # apt-get install k3b and the package and all dependencies will be downloaded and installed for you.
If you don't have a net connection or want to install manually then you should be able to find what you want at one of these sites: http://rpm.pbone.net/ http://rpmfind.net/ http://freshrpms.net/
