Can't read the symlink in ProFTPd

OS: Linux
CPU/Ram: PIII 550Mhz / 512 MB Ram

I made a directory called /home/FTP and then made some links to the /home/FTP directory but I can't read any symlink when I login to the FTP server what's worng with this.
Does there are some special directive should be applied in this case.

You need to make hard links not symbolic links. Read the man page for ln.
