Hi!!
I just removed my HD containing a partition with fedora 5 from my old computer and put it in a HD enclosure and hooked it up to my computer via USB. It shows up in /dev/ as sdb but I cant mount the partition where fedora is installed. I can however mount other partitions on the HD, i.e. a FAT32 partition and the MBR partition, but when I try "mount -t ext3 /dev/sdb3/ /mnt/old" it gives me the output: "mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sdb, missing codepage or other error In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try dmesg | tail or so"
