Can't access Internal network

I have a network in my home with a Broadband router as my DHCP server with a 5 port switch and another switch with 8 ports. Attached I have 1 Win ME PC and the rest are Win 98 SE PC's.
I just installed Red Hat 7 on one of my PC's and everything seems to be working ok. I have access to the internet and things. However I can not ping anything on my internal network. I can ping and traceroute to anything out side of my network, but anything inside I can't get to. The other machines can ping the Linux box, but the linux box can't see them.

Did you set up a firewall during the installation? If so, what rules did you use?
As for SAMBA, well that is great for creating an NT style domain on your LAN, but you should be able to ping any machine on it from the Linux box regardless whether SAMBA is there or not.
I suspect your firewall is getting you, OR you don't have your route table set up properly.

For the uninitiated: in a console (terminal, or Xterm) type ifconfig and note the reulsts for eth0 (your ethernet card). If eth0 is not listed, then try using Linuxconf to configure your network card.
