Personally, I like K3B. Its real pretty.
All the software your going to get is just going to be a frontend/GUI for command line CD burning tools (cdrtools, cdparanoia, etc.), so they are all going to have the same features.
If your looking for more functionality, check what tools X-CD-Roast supports (I believe K3B supports a lot more though), and download all of them.
