I belive Yahoo messenger needs port 5050 tcp to work. Blocking that should do it.Also if your computer (server) uses a /etc/hosts file a entry like 127.0.0.1 cs.yahoo
127.0.0.1 www.yahoo.com


Not to sure about the exact urls should block yahoo
