If a computer is off how can it work to do something? What you'd need to do is wake on something feature. WOL, WOK, WOM etc. "Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

There are some options in BIOS like wakeup on lan or something but I don't know how can i use them, do you have any idea?
