sound card,
I have "asus" motherboard,

Can anyone tell me that from where I can download the driver.

thats the beauty of linux, u dont need to install 300 drivers every 2 weeks like on windows. for ur motherboard i dunno.... my best bet would be to install rh 9, that would solve ur issues i think. (rh automaticly probes for all this stuff and configures its install likewise, so maybe u should alow ur install to probe for eqip, if u didnt already)
