Hello
I have Slax installed on a partition, as well as Windows and Ubuntu (each on seperate partitions). I installed Windows, then Slax, then Ubuntu. Ubuntu added Windows to the boot menu. Now, my question is; how do I add Slax to the GRUB boot menu?

Thanks, I'm kind of new to Linux.

Check out GAG , the Graphical Boot Manager, at http://gag.sourceforge.net/

Did Slax use the Grub boot manager? If so can you mount the Slax partition while booted into Ubuntu? If yes, than go to the /boot/grub directory on the Slax partition and copy the boot entries for the Slax kernel (from grub.conf) into the grub.conf file on the Ubuntu partition.

I'm pretty sure that Slax used the LILO boot loader.
In the Slax boot directory (/slax in Ubuntu), there are the
following files: boot.0300, map, splash.bmp, and vmlinuz
The Slax distribution is BackTrack, actually.

Later (it is currently 2:30 am here) I will attempt to install
and configure the LILO boot loader. If that doesn't work, I'll
try GAG (I tried the CD-ROM image but it didn't work, I'll try
the floppy version when I find a floppy disk)
