Access my web server from internet?

I can use destination LAN ip(or default gateway ip) 68.83.xxx.yyy on WAN to ssh my other unix box and I can't use DNS ips to ssh(I don't know why? I can ping DNS ips). Now I want use http://69.83.xxx.yyy:80 to access my web server and it failed. I tried http://68.82.0.5:80 and http://68.82.0.6:80, and no luck either. How to fix the problem? Thanks.
