I purchased a movie at Apple store. It downloaded into itunes and can see it there, but it does not show up ON my IPAD when I sync. What to do.
If, in your iTunes syncing options, you have enabled "Sync only checked songs and videos", make sure that movie is checked (ticked) in iTunes. For further help, go here: http://www.apple.com/support/ipad/s...
The purchased movie sits 'above' the selected photos in a box by itself. There is no way to select it as part of my videos. Thank you. Kathie
