i can't remove an pop up. even by saying "ok" it does not remove. it only says that i did not make an backup from my ipad the last 3 weeks. I am connected to wifi. i can not get into the pad by any way I tried. It is blocked totally. Help me out.
Try doing a reset. Hold down the home button and the sleep button until you see the Apple logo. If you see the screen that tells you to swipe to turn off, ignore it just keep holding the two buttons until you see the Apple logo, then let it boot. If you have the sync when connected to WiFi option turned on, turn off the computer running iTunes and see if it goes away.
