how i can see the driver of the iphone 4 when i connect the port to pc ?

You will never see the drive of any iPhone or iTouch in Explorer. Apple does this on purpose to keep you from copying music and such. It will show up as a camera device and you can copy the pictures from your iPhone to your hard drive. There are third party programs available that will let you copy music and video. Do some Googling.
