I have a new canon 5350 air printer but cannot connect this to the network. It cannot find the WPS compatible access point. The ST585 conne cts OK to my IPAD-1.
I bought the canon 5350 specifically to print off my IPAD but, with no connection, the printer is not fit for purpose.
Please help.
The WPS button method of establishing a connection between a router and a wireless device does not always work. It's often better to establish a connection the traditional way by entering the wireless key manually into the printer's setup menu.
