I have a Lexmark Z42 that I just installed a new cartidge and reinstalled the software for because I recently reformatted my HD. Now it doesn't seem to want to work at all. All the cables are connected, so that isn't the problem. I can't get it to print a test page so I can align the printer nozzles much less something important. It won't even feed a piece of paper through the machine. Any ideas?
