The slowest CPU (wasn't THAT slow at the time) that I used was a Tandy TRS-80 Model 3 I think, way back in the 1980's. Per Wiki it had a 2.03 MHz Z-80 processor (WOW!). I think it had 48 K of RAM too. It ran BASIC and the TRSDOS operating system. We had a dot matrix printer with it too, I think Dad paid close to $2,000 for it!

Fastest - i7 processor with Windows 7. Just a little faster than the old 2.03 Mhz "TRASH 80" (TRS-80).

MOOOOooove! OH and you're welcome!

I have an old Radio Shack TRS-80 calculator buried somewhere in my room. My oldest computer processor would be a Socket 603 Xeon Prestonia in my Dell Precision 530.

My newest is my Sandy Bride i3 in my Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E520.

As far as GPUs, my oldest (not installed in a computer) is a 16 MB ATi Rage 128 Pro AGP Card. My newest is the Intel HD Graphics 3000 in my Lenovo laptop.

You've been helped by a 14 year old.

Oldest X86 PC in recent years ie since 1995 I have owned is the Amstrad PC-1512 DD Intel 8086 @ 8 MHz..

Though I had an Atari 130XE Games PC circa 1985 which had I believe a MOS Tech 6502 CPU !

Googling is quicker than waiting for an answer....
