XP won't load

I have tried everything that I can think of, as I start up the computer everything works fine, then the XP loading screen comes up, it loads then completely shuts itself off and restarts I do not know what else to do someone please help me....

Try safe mode. Press F8 at boot to see if it will boot to the safe mode screen. If so then you need to look at event viewer logs to see what may be causing it.
