I have a usb hub, but windows wants a disk for the driver. All I have is the disk that Dell supplies for the operating system. the hub manufacturer says it wants a windows driver.

Go to the hub's mfg. website. Download the driver, put it on floppy or CD.

Sometimes windows gets mixed up when trying to install drivers. It will ask for the drivers CD when it really needs the windows install CD and vice versa. If it can't find what it needs, point him to the other one.
