Ok this makes no sense what so ever! I have been using this Wireless USB mouse for a week now, and while I was using it, it just stopped working. I tried to reinstall and everything, but it still wont work.

Please be of some assistance.

Before you take it back and demand a refund, check the battery.

Well the battery works because the light is on the mouse.

Hi I don't know which mouse you are using but on some there is a button on the bottom that selects the channel to the USB dongle. There is also a set button on the USB dongle. Good luck Stewart
