I was wondering if a wireless mouse and keyboard will interfere (make them pop/crackle) with my speakers (harmon/kardon; NOT wireless)(. Becuase sometimes when my cell phone, which is GPRS active and can go on the internet, is on around them, they tend to rackle a little bit and it almost sounds like a modem. (i'm almost 100% sure these sounds are not caused by some software or the computer itself) Will a wireless/mouse desktop set cause any interference? Thanks

Without actually having tried it, I would say probably not.

Mobile phones are particullary bad for causing interference, I can hear mine through the sound card from a distance of about ten feet. I have a wireless router about two and a half feet from the sound card, I never heard a peep from that.

Thanks. I just didn't wanna buy a $50 wireless set and then find out I'm gonna hear snap crackle and pop whenever I use it.

I'm using both a wireless optical mouse and a wireless keyboard.Speakers are 2ft above them.

Don't hear a thing from them.
