ok. here's the deal. i dropped my computer one night, then when i picked it up it was fine. everything worked. when i restarted it, the wireless no longer existed. my switch is on, but there is on orange light where there used to be a blue one (when turned on). i took it to a computer guy who said that maybe something in the motherboard was loose, or that a pcb foil was damaged? i need help. this is my third week of college and i need a computer with internet. also, my computer doesn't even recognize that it has a wireless card.

If your in a bind, your can always get a wireless pcmcia card to get you by until you determine what the issue is with the built-in one
