My husband recently installed a Buffalo Linkstation Mini onto our computer. It worked for a few days but now I can't get Windows to load at all.I can get into safe mode, have tried a system restore and chkdsk...but not sure what to do next as I know next to nothing about computers. Can you help?

Well you can't access the windows which means you return back to boot process? Also is there any blue screen showing up?
