Specs: Macintosh g5
My wife's pc motherboard is broken. I want to get a mac pro g5 and move her windows drive info to the mac and install a fresh windows xp. She's been using my Mac(G4 4oomhz) anyway and only wants to keep up with the windows system so she can stay current with the business software and xp . What's the best way to do this?
She has a Frys computer w/P4 120gb ata internal drive to move to a Intel Mac I-mac all-in- one or mac pro laptop.

I think it would depend on the kind of "windows drive info" that she needs to move. It it's something like Microsoft Office data/files, that might be a serious problem. It might not be accessible on a MAC.

Best to buy an USB External Drive Caddy which is compatable with MAC OS?

FAT16/32 file system should be OK, NTFS3 support may depend on the MAC O/S Version, but one should be able to make this work. Bear in mind it will only be the data which is usable, not any installed software.
