Hi. In my window shut down box, where you turn off computer, the Stand By Button is grayed out, i can not use it. I need help thanks in advance Horst

check your BIOS if ACPI is enabled. check also your Power scheme configuration. i wish i were what i wished i were before i wished i were what i am now...

If you just re-installed Win XP, make sure that your motherboard chipset drivers are installed.
