windows nt server 4.0 boot problem!!! - help!

Specs: Windows Server 4.0 SP6
I am still running an old nt server 4.0 sp6. I foolishly enabled RAID 1 (mirroring) through windows software RAID that's controlled by the management console within windows. Somehow, my boot password got changed. I have no idea how, but the administrator password I always used no longer works. I got Passware's "windows key" software to reset it, however, because the drives were Raided, when booting with the windows key software, which uses nt server's modified install program, it only recognizes the drive's partitions, and is not able to access or read the drives or data on the drives, so it hangs. I could use an F6 disk for the Raid driver, but I have no idea what driver nt server used to control it's RAID using it's software based RAID, controlled through the management console, so I'm stuck. I cannot redo (reinstall) the system, and have been down for months at this point. Can you please help me? I need an F6 driver that the server setup program will be able to read, load, and recognize the windows software raided drives... Or a better password reset program that would recognize and read the raid partitions without the drivers...

Try booting the system with a linux live cd maybe. Could also try Vista dvd or even barts/ubcd4win maybe.. I doubt the drives could have been encrypted in NT but I don't remember it that much.I know in Win 2K was pretty easy to boot to and get password.

In the future you might consider programs to recover the password before you reset it.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
