Comment: When I insert CD for Windows Media Player 10 the window lists the music on the CD by Track Numbers. It does not show the song titles. Anything I can do?

Reply: (edit)WMP searches the internet data base for the album info, then displays the album cover & song list on the right side of the player. If you're not connected to the internet or the CD info isn't in the data base, the info displayed will be "unknown album" & track 1, track 2, track 3, etc
