Windows could not load the volume

Specs: Windows XP
I made a new partition and now get this message on all three partitions every time I reboot. Would really appreciate your help if you know how to solve this.

So, is Windows on one of the partitions on that drive?

How did you make a new partition?

Sorry about a mistake here: The exact message is, "Windows could not load the installer for volume"

I used Partition Wizard. I worked on this Windows Installer problem for hours, trying every single solution offered, around 10 in all and nothing worked. Finally I reformatted and now have a great install of XP, ie8, sp2 and refuse to install sp3, which seemed to be quite problematic on my system.
