Do u remember installing anything that trigger this issue?
Start by disabling automatic restart when error occurs.Also this issue can be caused by
-bad power supply
-CPU overheating
-Bad board(leaking caps)Enter BIOS or use system monitoring software like AIDA64 to check system temperature especially CPU temperature.
