Disable automatic restart when error occurs.
If u see the BSOD then it is something to do with soft, if not then hardware issue.

Enter BIOS and check CPU temp and make sure u put your laptop on a flat hard surface.

during a reboot cycle, or power off and power on, hit the F8 key on your keyboard to get a Windows 7 start-up boot menu. Select last know good configuration to start from, hit enter on that selection. If you are still boot-cycling, repeat the steps to get a windows 7 start-up boto menu and select safe mode and hit enter to start windows in safe mode. If you are still boot cycling, you may have some hardware problems. You can start trouble-shooting that with a boot disk that will have a tool for and permit running a disk check.

The grass may not be greener on the other side but might have less weeds...

A poorly seated ram module or defective one will cause cycling as well. If you can get to safe mode, Win 7 has a built in memtest.

Yes, like kuwese said.

Tap f8 when the computer is starting and select "disable automatic restart system failure"

Now post the stop code that you get here
