Window XP/IE7 Program NOT RESPONDING!!

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, 2.292 GHz / 509 MB
Xp Home Edition/ Service Pack 3

Having problems with my computer not responding and too slow with I first try to log on to internet.

Heres some of the errors .....listed below
Program NOT RESPONDING ..condition of yahoo messenger when problem occurred , the operating system version & computer hardware in use of I.P

I also get HUNG App too

I have deleted the borowser history, internet files ect.. I also have KASPERSKY INTERNET VIRUS PROTECTION on here..

I have done defraggments, disk clean up.. and IT STILL happens

I need some help with easy step by step fixes with this.

Can someone help me with instructions like a 1st time beginner on computer so ..
Please make it simple so I do understand.

One place I would start is add some more memory. 512 isn't a whole lot these days. Take it up to 2 GB and see how it performs.

You asked the same question almost one year ago. Apparently you never did add any memory back then. Maybe now is the time to.

I have added 1 GIG memory to my computer 6months ago.
Where did you see the 512 memory.???
I recently reset my IE7...so hopefully this will do it.

How ever as for the computer freezing up while I play online games.. Still is happening

I have on my sound device SOUND BLAST24BIT
Legacy Video Capture Device

Does this help with .. what the possibility on why it freezes with my ON-LINE GAMES..
IT DOESN'T do that when I use my own Cd/disk games..

AVAILABLE VIRTUAL...1.95

PAGE FILE SPACE....2.40


IS 413.14 MB THE MEMORY AVAILABLE at a normal range?????
