winamp is working but no sound...

Specs: Windows Vista
before two or three day ago..ı wanna to listen music in winamp as before ı listen..it was broken ...it seems working everything is allright...but there is no sound...
first ı unstill and again set up winamp..to solve this problem..but again the same problem..and again ı unstill and download the last update winamp...but it did not give any reaction...
what is my problem ..?
what ıcan do ?
could anyone who know the solition help me..?please..

Volume muted?
Bad speakers?
Speakers not connected or bad speaker cable?

volume is not muted...and it is not related with the speakers ..becaue when ı open the same file with another media player it is wworking...ı think it is about winamp program...but ı cant fix it ..

I'd guess it's a setting within winamp. Could it be muted there? Or could the output be directed to a file? That could be done with older versions.

If all else fails, uninstall it and then reinstall it.
