Does anyone know how i can get a key code for win me , i have the disc and had the code but my wife tossed the paper with the code on it out in the trash ??? Is there any way to get a new code ?? Microsoft say they cannot help me cause they dont support that OS any more ???

Ah, that code. If you download a copy of Aida32, that will tell you the code. That's assuming you still have ME installed and working.

If it is installed on a pc that still works:
Click START / RUN, type "regedit" and click OK.
In the registry editor: click EDIT on the drop down menu, click FIND and type "PRODUCTKEY" no quotes. Click FIND NEXT .
On the left, you will see the current version folder, on the right you will see the actual product key. Write it down (or copy and paste into notepad and print it).
